Improvement Process

This is the core of our service to you.

Our PBS expeditors, working on your behalf, receive daily Delta Reports about deviations to confirmed ship date and quantity and contact the respective supplier to identify root causes.

Experience shows that two thirds of deltas can be fixed quickly when identified early on.

The remaining deviations require that we persistently work with suppliers on catch-up plans to ensure on-time manufacturing of orders by revising existing planning, working over-time and adding extra shifts.

We do not shy away from escalation to the supplier’s management level and/or going on site to enforce progress.

e-Xpedite and individual reports make deltas transparent and keep all relevant parties updated on progress.
